A day suitable for beginners as well of those with some experience of yoga and/or meditation practice.
The retreat day will apply mindfulness to yoga asana, synchronising breath and movement in addition to formal seated meditation practices. We will explore Kryia Yoga - Tapas (Purifying practice bringing mental stability and awareness to the present moment), Svadhyaya (Self reflection) and Isvara Pranidhana (Heart and Surrender Practice). The movement practices will prepare and support seated mindfulness practices.
